The Sierra Sun Villas Project was approved by the Placer County Planning Commission today. This 12-unit Condominium project will be a nice addition to the Sugar Bowl Neighborhood. The project Designed by SCO Planning, Engineering and Surveying includes a great deal of quality Planning Principles found in the LEED for Neighbhoood design. The Southern orientation takes use of great passive and active solar as well as incredible views. The project now will go to the Board of Supervisors in January.
