SCO Planning, Engineering & Surveying was founded by Edward B. Sylvester, P.E. and Dale T. Creighton, AICP and has been providing Civil Design and Land Planning services to the Sierra Foothills and Mountain region for over 40 years.
We are a full-service planning, civil engineering, surveying and consulting firm that is dedicated to the success of our client’s projects and to the health and vitality of the communities we live and work in.
